The Role

• Material selection and specification for production lines.
• Conducting quality control, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinating supplier activities and managing documentation.
• Utilising SEM, XRD systems, and other advanced tools for analysis.
• Leading the deployment of patented technology across multiple sites.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science with extensive experience in Materials Engineering.
• Proven knowledge of casting, forging, welding, extrusion, and additive manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting.
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.
• Vigilant and hardworking with a commitment to self-development and progression.
