The Role
- Material selection and specification for production lines.
- Conducting quality control, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinating supplier activities and managing documentation.
- Utilising SEM, XRD systems, and other advanced tools for analysis.
- Leading the deployment of patented technology across multiple sites.
The Person
- Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science with extensive experience in Materials Engineering.
- Proven knowledge of casting, forging, welding, extrusion, and additive manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.
- Vigilant and hardworking with a commitment to self-development and progression.
